We are seeking an Algorithmic business architect to guide our clients in aligning their tech strategies with business goals. You'll offer actionable insights and design robust architectures to enable AI readiness, development, and sustainment. This role requires expertise in bridging business processes and technology to deliver scalable and practical solutions.

What you will do:
Collaborate with our clients: Work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into modular, scalable architectures that support algorithmic automation and insights.
Design for AI-readiness: Design IT architectures optimized for AI and algorithmic businesses, enabling efficient data processing, analysis, and action.
Champion innovative solutions: Assess and guide critical decisions, helping clients evaluate buy/build/borrow/partner scenarios to align technology investments with long-term algorithmic goals.
Ensure architectural resilience: Identify and mitigate risks by building robust, future-proof frameworks that adapt to evolving technological and business needs.
Guide technology transformation: Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams to define and implement technology roadmaps that align with the client’s shift to algorithmic business models.
Mentor and share expertise: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, guiding them in designing architectures that prioritize modularity, interoperability, and scalability for AI solutions.
Promote sustainable practices: Develop frameworks that prioritize sustainable, scalable, and cost-effective AI and tech practices.
Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn and apply innovations in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure to build forward-thinking solutions for clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of experiences and education)
A couple years of experience in technology architecture or a related role.
Proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical designs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, integration patterns, and software development processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Proficiency in Swedish and English.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience or knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies and their integration into architectures.
Previous experience in consulting roles, with a proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
