Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Management Consultant & Project Manager with a focus on business development and financial leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering client relationships while also leading the end-to-end delivery of AI and other tech projects and initiatives. Additionally, you will integrate CFO responsibilities, overseeing our financial strategy and operations and be part of Algorithmas management team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

  • Manage cash flow and monthly reporting

  • Prepare financial reports to the management team, board and stakeholders

  • Lead business development efforts to identify, qualify, and pursue new client opportunities in alignment with our strategic objectives

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers, to understand their business needs and challenges

  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions and solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and other collateral to support business development activities

  • Lead project planning, scoping, and resource allocation efforts to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI and data science

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • Proven experience in management consulting, project management, and financial leadership within tech or a related role, with a strong track record of driving business development and revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, corporate finance, and performance management

  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts is a plus

  • Swedish and English language skills required
