Meet Frida Holzhausen, a dynamic engineer with a passion for sustainability, technology, and strategy. With an academic background in both engineering and sustainable development, Frida brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Algorithma team.

Her previous position at EY's Technology, Strategy, and Transformation group provided her with invaluable insights into client engagement, project management, and agile methodologies. Notably, Frida took part in the initiative to lead sustainability efforts within her department, demonstrating her commitment to drive positive change.

Frida's academic journey has sharpened her skills and deepened her understanding of sustainability issues. Her master's degree in Industrial Ecology equipped her with practical experience in conducting life cycle assessments and navigating environmental policy instruments. A semester abroad at Politecnico di Milano expanded her horizons, providing her with a global perspective on environmental subjects and management practices.

Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Frida has extensive experience in politics which has sharpened her analytical and collaboration skills. Her experience in navigating complex issues and finding common ground among diverse perspectives has prepared her to tackle strategic challenges head-on. Frida's unique blend of engineering expertise, political background, and sustainability focus positions her as a valuable asset to the Algorithma team.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Frida is excited to embark on her journey at Algorithma and work with, and learn from, the rest of the team. With her strong analytical capabilities, genuine enthusiasm for technology and sustainability, and a proven track record of success, Frida is poised to thrive as a consultant at Algorithma.
