Jens Eriksvik

Jens is a business leader specializing in business-driven transformation, artificial intelligence, digitization, and IT strategy. He is currently the CEO of Algorithma. Previously, Jens has led significant change initiatives, including his role as Vice President at Securitas Group, where he oversaw global IT transformation efforts. He also held key positions at 3gamma as a Senior Technology Strategy Consultant and worked as a consultant at Deloitte, Accenture, and PwC.

With an Executive MBA from SSE, and MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from Lund University, Jens has a diverse IT background across industries such as security, media, and financial services. His skills encompass IT management, enterprise architecture, and project management, making him a solution-oriented and innovative executive.

Outside of his professional achievements, Jens has a keen interest in AI, technology, music, wine, food, and travel. He enjoys outdoor activities and resides with his wife, Helena, in Sollentuna, Sweden.
