Kristofer Kaltea is a experienced management consultant with deep expertise in business & technology transformation and strategy. Kristofer is the Business Operations Leader at Algorithma and leads strategic client initiatives.

Prior to joining Algorithma, Kristofer held significant roles in IT and business technology transformation. He served as the Business Team Lead for Transformations at Sofigate, where he spearheaded major technology-driven initiatives. His experience also includes providing strategic IT consulting and transformation leadership and improving operational efficiency for various organizations.

Kristofer holds an MSc in Business and Economics from Linköping University, which has laid a strong foundation for his career in technology and entrepreneurship. His comprehensive background enables him to offer valuable insights and solutions that align with both business and technological objectives.
