His journey began in engineering, and over the years, his expertise has evolved into AI-driven business transformation, with a particular focus on LLMs (Large Language Models) and multi-agent systems.

We are delighted to welcome Marcus Banér to the Algorithma team! Marcus has always been drawn to problem-solving, science, and mathematics, which naturally led him to pursue engineering studies at Chalmers University of Technology. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Complex Adaptive Systems. After spending time in management consulting, Marcus sought a role that combined his academic background with his business interests—an intersection he found perfectly aligned with Algorithma’s mission to apply cutting-edge AI to solve critical business challenges.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Emely Wiegand to Algorithma, where she joins us as a key member of our AI development team. Emely brings a rich and diverse background, having earned her PhD in theoretical quantum physics, where she honed her skills in complex problem-solving and abstract thinking. Her journey from academia to industry was driven by a growing passion for artificial intelligence—a field she discovered she was most enthusiastic about after transitioning to industry roles focused on AI-related projects.

We are thrilled to introduce Anna Samuelsson, a new addition to our team at Algorithma. Anna’s journey to her current role has been shaped by a lifelong passion for mathematics. This early love for math led her to delve deeply into the subject at university, where she studied everything from abstract algebra to applied mathematics and mathematical statistics. It was during this time that she discovered the potential of AI to apply mathematical principles to solve real-world problems.
